Desmond Jackson, Funeral Director, is the ‘controller’ of the personal data that you provide to us. We collect your personal information in respect of providing funeral related services for either yourself or as an executor or next of kin of the deceased.

We take great care with any data we collect from you and have a process in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data which is processed only by Desmond Jackson. 

Your information is only shared with the relevant third parties that are required in order to carry out the service you purchased from Desmond Jackson. These services would be discussed and agreed with you prior to the arrangement of any funeral.

Your information will be kept until you notify us otherwise.

If you believe the information we process about you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and correct or delete it.
